DISCUSSION: Designing YOU is an applied concept we’ll apply during our meeting. To reflect on the 1st quarter and to get us on track in this 2nd quarter for a Win result in the 3rd and 4th quarter. It encourages women to view their individual life (career+family+passion+interest+likes+dislikes etc) as developing a product that they will launch when they leave the meeting – that product being themselves. This will ensure that when they walk or meet or associate or interacts with anyone or organization, they have designed the “Whole YOU” that will not only be employable or a boss lady but will also put them on the path to success – however they personally define that success.
