The following are the terms that aligns with de Sedulous Women Leaders platform. Please read carefully before accepting.

From time to time this term of service and policies included may change via an update of this page. As members of de Sedulous Women Leaders, please ensure that you check in occasionally for and understand any changes. This policy is effective from January 01, 2020

Refund Policy for Yearly Membership Subscriptions

When a new subscriber signs up, the yearly membership subscription payment is processed immediately. Payment of the annual membership subscription is offered to members via our Online Payment Gateway (Stripe). At this time, we do not offer a refund after the payment is processed, so we do advise that you go through the membership benefit and decide if that membership level is what you want. However, if we have a higher membership level than the one you choose, you can upgrade to the higher version and you’ll only have to pay the difference between the lower version you paid for and the higher version you’d like to upgrade to.

Notification is sent via email to registered paid members for annual auto-renewal payments, 7 days prior to auto-renewal. If members wish not to renew their annual membership, they can cancel before the annual auto-renewal sets in by visiting the “My Account” section when they log in, and clicking the “Cancel Subscription” option. Cancellation cannot be made after the annual auto-renewal has gone through.

Privacy Policy

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, be rest assured that your privacy is protected and that we will only use that information in accordance with this privacy statement. Please note that this policy may change from time to time, please ensure you check in often to read and understand any changes.

We collect email addresses from those who create member account on our site, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, and we also collect information that are optional and voluntarily provided such as company website, name, address and phone number. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, used to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for each member user experience, and used to notify members about new resources, events and business opportunities. We will never sell your information.

Credit Card Information

At checkout of your membership registration, we may collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed on to our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digit of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our site to use for reference and to send our members an email if their credit card will expire before the next recurring annual payment.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
